Refund & Returns

All Sales Final

Every piece is numbered, limited, and made by select artisans. Because of the nature of our weekly drops, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thedrop.studio with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll replace it if stock remains, or refund the item if it doesn't.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct piece (subject to availability).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for theft. Reach out and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
